When you fill the quote form, we collect what you type: where you are moving from and to, dates, home size, the extras you ask for, and your name, phone number and (if you give it) email.

We use it for one thing: preparing a quote for your move and contacting you about it. It is stored securely on our server and sent to our WhatsApp so we can reply. We do not sell it or share it with advertisers.

To pre-fill your city in the form, the site asks a public service (geojs.io) for your approximate city based on your internet connection, and only uses it when that service is confident.

If you tap "Use my location" in the form, your browser asks for permission first. Your location is used once to find the nearest city. If you're not near one of our listed cities, the rounded coordinates are sent to OpenStreetMap's Nominatim service to look up the town name. That city is remembered only in your own browser, to fill the form next time.
